Twilight festival to delight at Warralily
MIRAMBEENA Park is set to turn into a twilight paradise tomorrow night (Saturday, March 22) for the Warralily Twilight Food Festival.
The event will feature a diverse range of market stalls, live music and an outdoor cinema.
A vintage truck stage will host the singing talents of Maddy Petch, Bella Lear and the Bellarine’s own Nathan Seeckts.
Seeckts has received national airplay and performed at major festivals including Queenscliff Music Festival and Australian Music Week.
He has even taken his sound international, gracing the stage of Nashville’s historic Bluebird Café.
Event organiser Janina Lear said Saturday would be a big night in Geelong, particularly with Fatboy Slim playing just around the corner.

“This is our twilight-on-the-green alternative at Mirambeena Park for local families.
“It’s a twist on our regularmarket at Warralily, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive, so we know there’ll be a fantastic turnout.
“The community here loves feeling involved, and we can’t wait to spend a fun Saturday night together, enjoying an amazing lineup of food and entertainment.”
A culinary smorgasboard of food trucks is sure to please people’s tastebuds, with Chubby Bao, Fry Fusion, Just Char way, Kebab 2Nite and plenty more locked in.
The event is free to attend and everyone is welcome.
Due to City of Greater Geelong regulations, alcohol consumption is not permitted at this community event.
The market begins at 4pm.
