Upstart for students begins
The annual business ideas program and competition for high school students organised by Upstart Entrepreneurial Challenge started this week. Upstart programs, designed for students aged from 12 to 18, are based on the “Learn-Create-Do” methodology to assist young students in learning business skills and feeling more confident in starting their own businesses. Students can submit ideas at upstartchallenge.com.au/registration until May 23 to win $300, and winning teams will continue to enter the Pitching Showdown for a chance to win a further $1,000 cash and tech prizes.
