THE next phase of the Central neighbourhood in the heart of Armstrong Creek’s Warralily community has hit the market.

Warralily Central is the area’s most walkable precinct featuring landscaped pathway connections to nearby shops, cafes, schools, recreation and more.

The release, located off Eaglebay Road directly opposite the Armstrong Creek Education Precinct, features 18 lots ranging from 294sqm – 476sqm in size with pricing from $237,000 – $314,000.

With the Central neighbourhood’s original eight stages selling out in just 18 months and a diverse mix of allotments on offer, demand is expected to be strong.

Warralily Estate Manager Ben Stewart said there is nowhere in Armstrong Creek or Mount Duneed that offers prospective purchasers the ability to walk to such a significant array of community amenity.

“You can literally leave your car in the garage and walk to all of your essential services,” Mr Stewart said.

“This location is super-premium and given how quickly our Central stages have sold to date, the market obviously feels the same.”

As winner of the Victorian Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA) prestigious Masterplanned Community Award, Warralily offers a healthy lifestyle in a place that’s rich with all the facilities you need.

The adjacent Armstrong Creek School is key to this developing young community.

Winner of the Best Combined School Project Award at the 2018 Victorian School Design Awards, the school is a vibrant learning and community facility.

The Armstrong Creek East Community Hub also opened this month providing community meeting spaces and a lounge area including co-working spaces with tea and coffee facilities.
