Warralily Grange to raise the bar at Mount Duneed

January 5, 2018 BY

WARRALILY is set to raise the bar at Mount Duneed with the imminent release of the supersuburb’s newest neighbourhood, Warralily Grange.

Warralily will release 870 lots in the elevated Mount Duneed village, offering sprawling panoramic views and a village lifestyle in elegant, tree-lined streets.

With Warralily’s existing Armstrong Creek precincts already 70 per cent sold, the Warralily Grange timeline has been brought forward to match buyer demand as the Warralily population surpasses 5,500 residents.

Warralily estate manager Ben Stewart said 2017 was a record breaking year for Warralily with well over 500 contracted sales.

“The estate’s average sales rate of over 50 sales per month for the last six months shows demand for Warralily accelerating as Geelong increasingly becomes a destination of choice.

“This is a testament to the monumental work the developer has done to produce one of the most outstanding master-planned communities in Victoria.”

Warralily Grange will capitalise on Mount Duneed’s elevation.

The Barrabool Hills, You Yangs, and Geelong’s picturesque Corio Bay will be front and centre for residents.

The wider 300-degree plus vista on offer also takes in the Rip, Cape Schank, Bass Strait through to Barwon Heads.

Lots will be offered in a variety of sizes to suit all budgets alongside a future P-6 school, local shops, district ovals and three parks – the Grange Village Park will be 7,500sqm and characterised by its lofty vista and range of play equipment and public amenities.

Mr Stewart said that the coming Grange precinct was being eagerly anticipated.

“We have had strong price growth across the life of the estate, but this has gone to another level in the last 12 months, enabling current residents to repurchase within the estate.”

The new neighbourhood will see Warralily extend west across the Surf Coast Highway with ready access to the Surf Coast as well as nearby Geelong CBD, while blending seamlessly with its hugely successful Warralily Coast, Promenade and Central villages.

The many existing Warralily amenities and services already on offer at Armstrong Creek will be just minutes away.

The Village Warralily is the heart of the broader master-planned community providing a Warralily Grange will present a ‘live above it all’ option with the best of surf, country and city readily accessible.

It will take Mount Duneed to a new level and allow home-buyers to aspire to something very special at an affordable price.
