Buyers advocate Tony Slack with One Agency director Shaun O’Callaghan after the successful auction of 25 Carnarvon Avenue Jan Juc that was purchased on behalf of locals for $1,826,000.

A clearance rate of 67 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 69 per cent the weekend before.

There were 790 auctions reported to the REIV, with 421 selling and 275 being passed in, 133 of those on a vendor bid.

One Agency Torquay sold 25 Carnarvon Avenue Jan Juc at auction for $1,826,000 and McCartney Real Estate sold 25 Libra Lane Torquay for $1,320,000.
