A coastal haven ready to welcome its first homeowners

June 7, 2024 BY

Panorama Portarlington encompasses approximately 350 lots, featuring two new parks, wetlands, and walking tracks.

Nestled along Geelong-Portarlington Road, Panorama Portarlington is a new residential community that offers breathtaking views across Port Phillip Bay, the You Yangs, and the Melbourne city skyline.

With its first three stages set to title in mid-2024, the community is eager to welcome its inaugural residents.

Panorama Portarlington encompasses approximately 350 lots, featuring two new parks, wetlands, and walking tracks.

Prospective homeowners can choose from a variety of homesite sizes, ranging from 337sqm to 809sqm, to build their dream home.

For those who prefer a hassle-free option, the developer is set to commence building six new homes and eight townhomes in the second half of the year, catering to customers who want the benefits of a brand-new home without the building journey.

One of the major attractions of Panorama is its prime location, situated just 2km from the Portarlington township.

This proximity allows residents to enjoy a host of lifestyle-enhancing amenities, including boutique stores, cafes, restaurants, beaches, and the Portarlington-Docklands ferry. Additionally, the community is also perfectly positioned between award-winning wineries like Jack Rabbit, making it an ideal spot for wine enthusiasts.

The developers of Panorama Portarlington, with more than 30 years of experience in the Bellarine area, have prioritised supporting the local community throughout the project’s construction. They have sourced products and services from local businesses for the Sales Studio construction and fit-out, project signage, residents’ welcome gifts, and catering for site events.

As a gesture of appreciation to the local community, Panorama hosted a free “Touch a Truck Day” event.

This event allowed residents to explore the construction trucks and learn about the machinery used in building the community.

Project director Lisa Thompson said one of the keys to a building a strong new community was embracing and supporting the existing community you’re growing within.

“Success comes from giving back and focusing on how your new development will serve everyone within the community.

“To keep the community informed, we also regularly post site progress videos and send out surveys to gather feedback from current and future residents.

“This input has been instrumental in shaping the designs of future parks to reflect the community’s needs and desires.”

In collaboration with the City of Greater Geelong, the developer also gained approval to use a new retaining wall system, to enhance the project’s design now and into the future.

Panorama Portarlington presents a rare opportunity for buyers to purchase land and build their dream home in Portarlington.

Under the Bellarine Peninsula Statement of Planning Policy of July 2023, this development is one of the last subdivisions expected for the foreseeable future.

Offering a wealth of lifestyle options, Panorama places all these advantages at the fingertips of its residents.

The unique development has generated significant excitement in the local community, and the anticipation is high for welcoming its first residents

in mid-2024.
