“We will be running a First Home Owners evening to discuss everything first home buyers need to know on getting into the market,” Peter and Kerri explained.

“We will have a presentation from a real estate agent and a finance expert. In addition to this we will have exclusive turnkey house and land packages available.”

Part of helping first home owners build their home includes giving them information on how to reduce their energy bills with simple, cost effective solutions.

Hotondo Homes is passionate about creating energy efficient homes and works with clients to discuss features that will make your home more eco friendly and energy efficient.

“There are some really simple solutions like passive solar design, using good quality insulation and installing energy efficient appliances, that don’t cost a lot of money and can drastically reduce your energy consumption.

“It isn’t always necessary to spend a lot of money in order to create a more energy efficient home.”

Peter and Kerri love the town they have grown up in and understand that the First Home Owners market is really important.

“We want to see young people have the opportunity to live in Torquay and raise their family just like we had.

“We don’t want to see them priced out because of high land prices, we want to work with them one-on-one to find land and a home that is within their budget.

“We have a large data base of land which we are constantly adding to, that includes land that has been discounted for us exclusively, that we are able to offer our clients.”
