Agency wins top billing in Torquay market

McCartney Real Estate has continued to lead Torquay and Jan Juc for home sales after claiming three regional prizes at an annual awards event.

McCartney scooped the suburb award for agency of the year at the 2022 RateMyAgent awards held last week, while its director Tim Carson was named agent of the year for Torquay, and agent Simon Bogdanov claimed the Jan Juc prize.

It was the seventh year running Mr Carson has claimed the Torquay award since the 2017 awards, and a second straight Jan Juc gong for his colleague,

 

Mr Bogdanov shared his excitement at the win online last week.

“So stoked to be recognised as the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year in Jan Juc for the second year running and runner-up to my Director Tim Carson in Torquay for 2023,” he stated.
