Anglesea agent recognised as top sales professional two years running

With a passion for property, expert market knowledge and a determination to succeed, Hayden Anglesea director Darcy Bennett has been trusted by many for advice on buying and selling within the Anglesea area.

Now Darcy’s efforts have again been rewarded by taking out the Rate My Agent award for top Anglesea agent two years running.

To top this off, Hayden Anglesea has also been awarded Agency of the Year as well.

In the past 12 months, Mr Bennett has sold 26 properties worth a total of $47.3 million and has had many complementary reviews from both vendors and purchasers.

He has really shaken up the market in his home town since joining Hayden Real estate in 2019 and in that time has grown into a respected industry leader.

“For me it’s about having a good understanding of the local market and excellent communication skills,” he said.

“The real estate industry has changed a lot and the old school mentality is now out the window. Transparency for me is really important, no one wants to feel like they are being sold to.

“I love my job and feel really lucky to be in the position I’m in, growing up in Anglesea I am really passionate about the area and I have a great sense of pride for our community so I try to get involved or support the township wherever I can.”
