Austin Lara’s first release sells out in hours

September 5, 2018 BY

It took only a few hours for Austin Lara, a new master-planned estate, to completely sell out its highly anticipated first release of land.

The new community, launched on August 18, attracted a myriad of buyers drawn to the project’s community-focused vison and promised future amenity.

Austin Lara forms an integral part of the new community that will include both a brand-new primary and secondary school, a community centre and neighbourhood activity centre.

Austin Land, the developer behind the estate, attributes the launch success to the estate’s affordability, location and abundance of landscaped community spaces.

“Being just over 40 kilometres outside of Melbourne, Austin has a feeling of being halfway between town and country – close enough to all the action but still far enough to have that laid-back charm,” Austin Land’s executive chairman Ping Zhao said.

“The estate is very family orientated, with lots of public art, playgrounds and large recreational parks, allowing young Victorians to finally achieve their dream of home ownership in a safe, friendly community.”

Wide tree-lined streets and a serene waterway reserve will shape the landscape of the estate, offering plenty of space for family picnics and leisurely afternoon strolls.

A large community park will feature barbecue facilities, play equipment and technology stations.

Austin Lara is part of the Lara West Precinct, which will support a residential community of around 11,000 people in approximately 4,000 new homes, with an employment precinct creating 300 jobs.

Austin Lara will release stage two this Saturday September 8, an offering of 15 boutique lots, ranging from 301sqm to 540sqm.

This release will sell out, so get in quickly to avoid disappointment.

The on-site display suite is open daily from 11am to 5pm, at 285 Patullos Road, Lara.
