Construction on Ashbury’s first homes set to commence
ASHBURY Estate at Armstrong Creek is delighted to announce that purchasers of land in Stages 1, 2 and 3 received their titles recently.
The issuing of titles marks a huge milestone for the estate with construction of Ashbury’s first homes about to start, and buyers who purchased in Stages 4 to 7 can expect to receive their titles by the middle of this year.
Since sales first started mid-way through 2015, Ashbury has been undeniably popular with families looking to make a move to the booming Geelong region.
Land in the estate has been highly sought after, with buyers attracted not only to Ashbury’s generous allotment sizes, but the overall vision and master plan for the estate, which will include a state-of-the-art community centre and sporting grounds, not to mention extensive parklands, nature reserves, wetlands and walking tracks.
An impressive 100 per cent of all lots released in Stages 1 to 10 have sold so far, with buyers clearly eager to ensure they haven’t missed any opportunity to take advantage of the Ashbury’s enviable blend of lifestyle facilities and sense of community.
Dennis Family Corporation sales manager Paul Amatore said the sales team at Ashbury was incredibly excited to welcome the first of many residents.
“It’s hard to beat the appeal of so many fantastic features all in one place, not least of which is Ashbury’s proximity to the future Town Centre at Armstrong Creek, not to mention easy access to nearby freeways and rail links.
“But ultimately, it’s the people who have chosen to purchase at Ashbury who will make this an amazing community for everyone from first homebuyers, to those looking to upgrade or families looking to build their dream home,” Mr Amatore said.
With building of Ashbury’s first homes about to start in earnest, he expects the estate’s popularity will only continue to strengthen.
“The ongoing construction boom of the past couple of years has already established Greater Geelong as one of the fastest growing areas within Australia.
“The city’s population is on a strong growth trajectory, expected to increase by an estimated 100,000 residents over the coming two decades, which means demand for land is not likely to slow down any time soon.
“But even amongst the growing number of new estates currently in planning and development phases, Ashbury stands out as it really does offer something for everyone.”
“Some of Victoria’s best beaches at Torquay and Barwon Heads are just a 10-minute drive away, giving families the perfect opportunity to escape the city and enjoy a coveted sea change.
“And yet the estate is still only just down the road from Geelong’s CBD.”
With Stage 11B recently released, Mr Amatore said it was definitely not too late for buyers looking to secure a home in one of the area’s most sought-after residential developments.
However, with new land releases continuing to sell out in record time, he encourages prospective buyers to move quickly and contact the Ashbury sales team, who will be looking forward to welcoming them at the estate and showing them everything it has to offer.
