Dennis Family Homes coasts to a win

September 5, 2018 BY

Both Dennis Family Homes Lakewood 333 Savannah and Whitfield 363 Resort display homes took out HIA awards recently.

DENNIS Family Homes displays at Mt Duneed’s Armstrong estate were winners at the Housing Industry Association’s Western Victoria Regional Housing Awards, held in Torquay recently.

The Lakewood 333 Savannah won Best Display Home in the $301,000 to $400,000 category and the two-storey Whitfield 363 Resort took home the award in the $401,000 to $500,000 category.

“It’s a tremendous achievement for both homes to win an HIA award for best display,” Dennis Family Homes Geelong area manager Phillip Shaw said.

“The Lakewood and the Whitfield displays at Armstrong Estate present visitors with two floorplan options that each meet the needs of today’s families with multiple living spaces, study areas and alfresco.

“This opportunity to view two four-bedroom homes side-by-side, with completely different layouts, helps our customers choose a design that best suits their block and family requirements.”

Showcasing a light and bright interior scheme, the Whitfield’s floorplan is ideal for families with older children as secondary bedrooms are upstairs with an adjacent hangout zone kids will love.

Set on one level, the Lakewood presents an alternative and equally functional layout with all four bedrooms situated in a dedicated zone and centrally located open-plan living areas.

A generous study at the front of the home will suit those who work from home.

Suitable for construction on blocks from 14 metres in width, the Whitfield is available in two sizes, the 36 square version on display at Mt Duneed and the larger 41-square, five-bedroom Whitfield 433.

The Lakewood has been designed for blocks from 16 metres wide and comes in a 28 square version and the larger 33-square form on display at Mt Duneed that has an additional games room.

The displays are open daily from 11am to 5pm at Unity Drive, Armstrong Estate in Mt Duneed.
