Welcome to this edition of My Coastal Home.

Game of Thrones might have finished, but winter is still coming for the south.

The coast and surrounds have received a welcome drenching, and the cold weather has given us something to complain about; however, it’s nice to see there are still winters left in the world.

The days might be getting colder, and the nights longer, but we’ve got plenty of inspiration in the latest edition of My Coastal Home to help you get through the next few months.

We take a look at the Avant Townhomes on display at Quay 2. At their official opening, respected interior designer Andrew Zunica showed prospective purchasers how to bring the coast into their homes this season.

“In Victoria, coastal means different things across the seasons. In winter, it’s rugged surf, warm fires and cosy spaces,” Andrew said.

Winter is a time to keep warm, and Brax’s Cal Stewart has some advice on how to keep the cold out and the warmth in.
