Hamlan releases new Aspect Range
Geelong’s largest locally owned builder Hamlan has released its latest Aspect Range, a range that continues to push the envelope in innovative architecture for homes built in the Geelong and Surf Coast regions.
The new Aspect Range, which is inspired by the space and freedom of the region’s coastal areas, is made up of 23 homes, including the multi-award winning Sabine 344 design.
This includes the addition of eight new designs, plus further enhancements to some of Hamlan’s existing popular designs.
Hamlan General Manager Andrew Carroll said that this most recent release came off the back of the success and popularity the Aspect Range had experienced since it was launched in 2016.
“We’re constantly striving to be leaders in our architectural designs, but just as importantly, we strive to deliver homes that meet the needs of our local community,” Andrew said.
“If you look around, you’ll see a growing number of our homes being built across the Geelong and Surf Coast regions, proving we’re meeting those needs.”
Andrew said more allotments in estates such as The Heights, The Grange and Wandana were being released with sloping blocks.
“To meet the demand, we have designed three new split-level floorplans to suit sloping blocks,” he said.
“As locals ourselves, we understand the different lifestyles that the Geelong and Surf Coast regions have to offer.
“So, in addition to the three new splitlevel floorplans we have developed a further five more designs to suit a range of different lifestyles.”
One of the new designs is the Gellibrand 287, a homestead-style home for an acreage or corner block.
The Gellibrand 287 with the Prism facade was based off a custom home Hamlan built in Torquay.
“We’re constantly looking at ways to make our designs even better,” Andrew said.
“Which is why we have made a number of enhancements to some of the existing designs within our Aspect Range.
“This includes making adjustments including extra living space, reconfiguring kitchen layouts, adding double vanities for bathrooms, and adding extra storage.”
For example, the Roadknight 286 to 296 now includes more room in the living area, it also has a larger walk-in robe in the master bedroom, larger laundry, a walk-in pantry to the kitchen and a larger first floor bathroom.
“At Hamlan, we strive to create cutting-edge design for beautiful homes that suit the evolving lifestyles and landscapes of our region, and our newly released Aspect Range is no exception,” Andrew said.
Each of the standard designs in the new Aspect Range can be reconfigured to suit any lifestyle.
Options include relocating or enlarging rooms, changing the layout of the kitchen and adding bedrooms, there’s also the option to add a boatyard to the rear of your garage. To see the complete Aspect Range and all the available options, visit hamlan.com.au.
