Keith adds to growing Great Ocean Properties’ team

THE Great Ocean Properties team of professionals is continuously striving to provide the best customer experience to their ever-expanding list of real estate clients, and now welcome Keith Holdsworth to their Torquay sales office.

Living in Torquay with connections to the hinterland areas of the Surf Coast, Mr Holdsworth was an obvious choice to support the sales team, Great Ocean Properties director Marty Maher said.

“Keith will fit right in here and we are excited to welcome him to the team,” Mr Maher said.

“He will focus on a diverse range of properties from residential to the sought-after lifestyle properties that the Surf Coast hinterland areas are

Mr Holdsworth has had a long passion for real estate since he and his wife Helen purchased their first home in Caulfield almost 50 years ago.

He was a Master Builder back then and has since gone on to buy and sell close to 30 properties.

During this time, he has owned a number of successful companies in the residential and commercial building sectors.

“It’s the combination of all of this experience that we know will bring added value to our clients,” Mr Maher said.

Mr Holdsworth believes that success in business starts with building great relationships based on integrity and trust.
