Great Ocean Properties’ Michelle McDonald and Marty Maher are pictured with 32 Manna Gum Drive vendor Colin Smith, who sold his property in Great Ocean Views Estate Torquay for $1.205 million, which according to Mr Maher, was $200,000 over the previous best result in the estate.
