New lots hit the market at Villawood’s Wandana and Armstrong projects
There was a hive of activity at Villawood Properties Wandana and Armstrong Mount Duneed estates recently, with home buyers flocking to these two premium estates to secure their dream home site.
Wandana, boasting magnificent views from Ceres across Geelong, Corio and the Bellarine, opened up 10 new lots in its third stage bringing them to market.
Armstrong, winner of the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s latest Best Masterp-lanned Community award, opened Stages 26 and 41 within its Tempo precinct to buyers.
Wandana, above Highton beside the aptly named Panorama Heights Reserve and Brownhill Lookout, has drawn strong buyer interest since its first lots were auctioned last October for an average $500,000 apiece.
A total 41 lots have now been sold across its stages one and four, with all buyers being Geelong locals well acquainted with the project’s spectacular outlook, its ready ring road access to Melbourne and the Surf Coast, and its proximity to the Geelong CBD.
Block sizes in the latest Wandana release will range from 400sqm to 700sqm.
At Armstrong’s Tempo community, lots are close to Baanip Boulevard, the Surf Coast Highway, Geelong Ring Road and the future Armstrong Creek station rail access to Melbourne, not to mention their proximity to Waurn Ponds train station.
They are all within walking distance of Armstrong present and future amenities – shops, parks, sporting grounds, community centre and primary and secondary schools with the lots about $100,000 cheaper than similar blocks in Melbourne.
Villawood is also giving first priority to care workers looking to buy in the Tempo precinct as it extends its successful care sector offer from the nearby Sanctuary project to Armstrong Mount Duneed.
