New year, new home inspiration at fun-filled event

To commemorate the opening of their stunning Esplanade 260, the Hotondo Homes Torquay team will be hosting a fun-filled event at their display home on Saturday January 26 from 11am to 2pm and they want you to join in the celebration!

Local Hotondo Homes builder Peter Scott believes the Esplanade 260 is brimming with design and styling ideas and will inspire all who enter.

“The response we’ve received has been incredibly positive, everyone who has visited the display home loves the versatility and beauty of the design,” he said.

“Something that’s as important to us, as it is to home buyers, is energy efficiency, a lot of careful consideration went into choosing the floor plan and selecting the appliances to build a home that is not only stylish but also environmentally sustainable.”

“It’s great to see how the community has come together to support a great cause, we have received donations from Bellbrae Estate, Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie, Salty Dog Café, Peaches Market, Il Gelatino, Bakers Delight North Torquay and even a voucher from Mount Baw Baw Alpine,” Mr Scott said.

All proceeds raised on the day will be donated directly to the charity to help grant the wishes of children and teens battling life-threatening illnesses.
