One Agency Surf Coast: New name, same reliable service

Local boutique real estate agent One Agency Shaun O’Callaghan has now been renamed One Agency Surf Coast to reflect the agency’s impressive growth over the past three years.

The business has expanded to now cover areas like Freshwater Creek, Breamlea, Bellbrae, Mount Duneed and Moriac as more vendors from further afield continue to see the benefit of selling through One Agency locally.

When director Shaun O’Callaghan started the business in 2016, it was just him and his wife Liz working out of their garage with Amanda, who is operations manager.

Three years on and the team has grown to nine team members located at One Agency Surf Coast’s office at 1A Fischer Street in Torquay.

“While our name has slightly changed, our service hasn’t,” Shaun said.

“We know it’s our high-quality service that has allowed us to grow and we are grateful for all of our clients over the years who have chosen and recommended us.

“We now have a team of nine people, each with a particular skill set, that covers the entire marketplace – from the Surf Coast hinterland through to central Torquay.

“The beauty of having an expanded team is that we’re able to provide sellers and buyers with more assistance to help them through the process.

“The past three years have gone really fast, and that’s been alongside the huge changes that have taken place across the Surf Coast; the big one being population growth due to the massive appeal of the area from those living outside it.”
