Prime Armstrong Creek commercial properties hit market

Eleven hectares of prime Armstrong Creek commercial property are being offered for sale as the growth suburb’s town centre continues taking shape.

Stonebridge Property Group is selling four lots in total; sized 52,300 sqm, 41,670 sqm, 9,941 sqm and 9,402 sqm at the Surf Coast Highway precinct surrounding the existing Armstrong Creek Town Centre.

The lots are part of a project from Welsh developer Wel.Co worth $1 billion, anticipated to include features such apartments, shopping and hospitality, a cinema and hotel overlooking Armstrong Creek wetlands.

Stonebridge spruiked the potential for mixed-use developments in the growth area predicted to have 10 million vehicles pass annually and the planned Armstrong Creek rail station as part of its continued population growth.

Agents say they are open to selling the properties individually, in any combination or in total.

Stonebridge is expressing expressions of interest on the properties until 5pm on December 1.
