The RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards celebrate and recognise real estate agents and agencies that provide truly excellent client service, based primarily on customer satisfaction.

The Awards are calculated based on the verified reviews that customers provide on the RateMyAgent website, which has seen 5.6 million visitors throughout 2019.

These awards have been timely for the Hayeswinckle Drysdale office as they come up to their third birthday in April.

Launched in 2017 with Grace Borg as the director, a joint property manager/receptionist and sales agent, Janet Atkins, they were a small team of three which has now grown to seven with the agency going from strength to strength.

This year Ms Borg and her team took out Agency of the Year for Drysdale, Clifton Springs, Curlewis and City of Drysdale-Clifton Springs.

Ms Borg also won Agent of the Year in all these categories with Senior Sales Agents Janet Atkins and Michaela Miller getting a nod in the Top 5 Agents for Drysdale-Clifton Springs.

“We also won Agency of the Year last year, so back to back wins is just fantastic for us,” Ms Borg said.

“Hayeswinckle now has five offices across greater Geelong, and we have well and truly made our mark on the local Bellarine market, achieving incredible success in a short three years.”

The Agent of the Year Awards recognise agents and agencies on a suburb and town level, the awards also honour leading agents and agencies on a city, state and national level, highlighting the most recommended across the country so sellers can make informed choices.

“The RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards are the only awards which use verified customer reviews and feedback, so they’re an honest gauge of the customer service an agent has provided,” RateMyAgent chief executive officer and co-founder Mark Armstrong said.

“These awards are the only industry awards to put sellers’ needs first, using customer reviews as a leading indicator of an agent’s success over 2019 and into 2020.”
