A clearance rate of 88 per cent was recorded this week compared to 87 per cent last week and 72 per cent this same time last year.

There were 911 auctions reported to the REIV, with 803 selling and 108 being passed in, 41 of those on a vendor bid.

There were more than 6,400 properties went into auction for the September quarter and clearance rate of 89 per cent, led by Reservoir with 105 auction sales.
