REIV market snapshot – April 04, 2019

A clearance rate of 53 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 58 per cent last week and 67 per cent this same week last year.

There were 682 auctions reported to the REIV, with 362 selling and 320 being passed in, 166 of those on a vendor bid.

About 28 per cent of auctions so far in 2019 have netted sales prices of more than $1 million with Mount Waverley leading the pack with 21 million-dollar plus sales.
