REIV market snapshot – April 11, 2019

A clearance rate of 58 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 54 per cent last week and 69 per cent the same week last year.

There were 643 auctions reported to the REIV, with 372 selling and 271 being passed in, 163 of those on a vendor bid.

Chadstone’s auction market has more than doubled its performance so far in 2019 compared to the same period last year, recording 10 auction sales and a 77 per cent clearance rate compared with four sales and 36 per cent clearance rate.
