REIV market snapshot – June 21, 2018

A CLEARANCE rate of 61 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 59 per cent last weekend and 74 per cent the same week last year.

There were 715 auctions reported to the REIV, with 434 selling and 281 being passed in, 143 of those on a vendor bid.
