REIV market snapshot – June 28, 2018

A CLEARANCE rate of 63 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 59 per cent the week before and 72 per cent the same week last year.

There were 696 auctions reported to the REIV, with 438 selling and 258 being passed in, 134 of those on a vendor bid.

About 30 per cent of metropolitan auction sales occurred in outer suburbs, more than doubled its proportion five years ago.
