REIV market snapshot – June 7, 2018
In front of a good-sized crowd, One Agency Torquay sold 15 Domain Avenue, Jan Juc at auction for $719,000 on Saturday.
A clearance rate of 62 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 63 per cent the week before and 77 per cent the same week last year.
There were 826 auctions reported to the REIV, with 511 selling and 315 being passed in, 172 of those on a vendor bid.
Regional Victoria has been performing well this year with 802 auction sales recorded so far, 4.4 per cent up from same period last year, with an average 71 per cent clearance rate.

McCartney Real Estate Winchelsea sold 19 Prime Street, Birregurra at auction on Saturday for $193,000.
