REIV market snapshot – March 21, 2019

A clearance rate of 57 per cent was recorded over the weekend, compared to 52 per cent the week before and 68 per cent the same week last year.

There were 628 auctions reported to the REIV, with 358 selling and 270 being passed in, 146 of those on a vendor bid.

Several Victorian suburbs and towns recorded 100 per cent clearance rates in 2019 with six sales under the hammer in Warrnambool, three in Williams Landing and two in Clyde North.
