REIV market snapshot – May 09, 2019

A clearance rate of 63 per cent was recorded over weekend compared to 56 per cent last week and 66 per cent this same week last year.

There were 458 auctions reported to the REIV, with 288 selling and 170 being passed in, 66 of those on a vendor bid.

Mildura has recorded an 81.3 per cent clearance rate from 16 auctions so far in 2019, making it the strongest performer in Regional Victoria.
