A CLEARANCE rate of 64 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 65 per cent the previous week and 63 per cent the same week last year.

There were 700 auctions reported to the REIV, with 450 selling and 250 being passed in, 132 of those on a vendor bid.

Swan Hill is the top clearance rate suburb in Regional Victoria with 76.9 per cent from 10 auction sales, up from four sales at the same point in 2018.

Hayden Real Estate sold 13 Birdie Avenue Anglesea at auction for $531,500.
