REIV MARKET SNAPSHOT – NOVEMBER 8, 2018

A clearance rate of 57 percent was recorded over the weekend compared to 54 percent last week and 71 per cent the same week last year.

There were 158 auctions reported to the REIV, with 90 selling and 68 being passed in, 20 of those on a vendor bid.

Mickleham in Melbourne’s outer north has hit new milestones in 2018, with 52 auctions held and 28 resulting sales.
