REIV market snapshot – September 13, 2018

A clearance rate of 64 per cent was recorded over the weekend compared to 60 per cent the weekend before 74 per cent the same week last year.

There were 668 auctions reported to the REIV, with 428 selling and 240 being passed in, 121 of those on a vendor bid.

The top performers in this year’s winter auction market were Belmont with a 90 per cent clearance from 41 auctions and St Kilda East with an 88 per cent clearance from 43 auctions.
