Spectacular sale of builder’s Orton Street home

March 28, 2019 BY

Fletchers sale of Mark Le Maistre’s stunning family home has set a new record in the Ocean Grove real estate market.

A local boutique builder’s family home that was showcased on Best Houses Australia has just been sold by Fletchers Bellarine, breaking all records for Ocean Grove.

Mark Le Maistre’s masterpiece at 91 Orton Street was built as his family home several years ago, with this truly remarkable property in Ocean Grove’s most sought-after location selling for a record price for the region, says Fletchers property consultant Liam Rock.

“It was an absolute privilege to be involved with the marketing and sale of such an amazing home that has had so much thought and love going into the whole design and build,” Mr Rock said.

“We tailored the marketing to really target the Melbourne and international markets, through our extensive network of offices in Melbourne and connections through the Asian market.

“We had an enormous response to the campaign and had a number of genuine buyers looking to purchase the property.

“It was a pleasure working alongside the vendors, Mark and Emily Le Maistre who took on board all of our suggestions and marketing ideas, and really put their faith in us and the Fletchers brand.”

Vendors Mark and Emily said they were both overjoyed with their decision to select Liam Rock to sell their property.

“From day one to the day it was sold, Liam was simply the most dedicated, clear-minded real estate agent I have
had the pleasure of working with,” Mr Le Maistre said.

“I had heard from friends and colleagues of how good he was, but our experience even further exceeded his reputation.

“He is an excellent communicator and his feedback is clear and to the point and that is what both sellers and buyers are wanting to hear.

“Although we are proud for ourselves and Ocean Grove that our house has been recorded as the largest sale price in the region, both Emily and myself couldn’t be prouder to share this record sale with Liam.”
