St Leonards is booming

September 5, 2018 BY

After selling more than 500 lots in under 14 months, Trevor McManus from Neville Richards Real Estate said that the unprecedented demand for Seachange Estate has led to the release of Stage 11a.

After selling more than 500 lots in less than 14 months, Seachange Estate is now set to release the highly anticipated Stage 11.

This stage will be available to the public from 9am on Monday September 24 and is expected to sell fast.

For the first time ever, VIP customers who have registered on the Seachange website will be entitled to “save $5k on the day” off the list price when purchasing on the day of release.

The latest extension to the beautiful Seachange Estate at St Leonards is well located within walking distance to the beach.

Lots range in size from 315sqm – 512sqm and start from only $199,950 ($5,000 less if purchased on the day).

The quality of the existing estate is evident for all to see when driving through, with the existing landscape themes to be continued with a further 12 massive palm trees to be installed along the entry boulevard to the new stages along with the continuation of the distinctive “seachange” light poles and the construction of seven acres of wetlands for all to enjoy.

Selling agent Trevor McManus from Neville Richards Real Estate said that the unprecedented demand has led to the release of Stage 11a as retirees, first home buyers, investors and holidaymakers continued to show great interest in becoming part of the Seachange phenomena.

“One of the biggest drivers is the walking distance to the beach,” Mr McManus said.

“Also, the fabulous commuter and tourist ferry from Portarlington, which is only 10 minutes away, is a boon for the northern part of the Bellarine Peninsula.”

Award winning developer, Ross Closter from Urban Land Developments, developed the 400 lots in the previous Seachange estate stages in the early 2000s where houses now routinely sell for in excess of $700,000.

“When you compare this to buying a block in the new stages of Seachange for less than $200,000 it’s a no brainer,” Mr Closter said.

Less than 90 minutes from Melbourne and 30 minutes from Geelong “Seachange” represents outstanding value for money.

Victoria’s most popular coastal land estate will release Stage 11a for sale from 9am on Monday September 24.

Lots from only $199,950 (or $194,950 for sales on release day).
