Stockland’s Open Doors Sale is now underway in Victoria, offering first homebuyers the chance to save up to $40,000 in purchase rebates or secure select lots with deposits as low as $10,000. The sale spans 15 Stockland communities across the state and runs until 31 March 2025.
Designed to help first homebuyers enter the market and assist existing homeowners in upgrading, the sale reflects Stockland’s commitment to providing affordable housing options.
Stockland General Manager Communities Development Victoria David Allington said the sale supports more Victorians in securing home ownership.
“Stockland is proud of its role over more than 70 years, helping Australians achieve the dream of home ownership,” Allington said.
“The Open Doors Sale will help more Victorians enter the housing market, help young families upgrade their current home, and help those looking to downsize find their next home.”

Stockland is hosting community events at various locations, allowing prospective buyers to explore the developments while enjoying food, drinks, live entertainment, and expert panels in partnership with Urban List.
Recent events have taken place at Harpley in Werribee, Minta in Berwick, Mt. Atkinson in Truganina, Evergreen in Clyde, Aurora in Wollert, Haven in Altona North, and Cloverton in Kalkallo.
Upcoming Open Doors events include:
• Banksia – Saturday, 8 March, 2.00pm, Armstrong Creek
• Averley – Saturday, 23 March, 11.00am, Nar Nar Goon North
For recent homebuyers like Tushar and Ekta Bhargava, the Open Doors Sale was a seamless experience.
“We were so impressed with the entire process from start to finish when purchasing our land,” Bhargava said.
“It was professional, transparent and well-organised, with clear communication and a responsiveness to all our questions adding to the level of confidence in our decision to buy at Harpley.”
Stockland’s communities are designed with accessibility in mind, featuring parks, playgrounds, walking trails, transport links, schools, and retail hubs.
“We encourage people to attend our events at Stockland Banksia and Stockland Averley and experience the liveability of our communities firsthand,” Allington said.
