Time running out to secure piece of coastal history

WITH just six lots remaining until sell out at one of the Surf Coast’s most desired subdivisions, the second-last auction for Blvd Torquay is shaping up to be the biggest, with three of the largest available lots set to go under the hammer on January 12.

Property Exchange Group managing director and Blvd Torquay selling agent Alex Lyons said that all previous stages had sold out in spectacular fashion, and interest in the project has gone to another level with site construction underway.

“Release four will be one of the most hotly contested as it includes three of the largest available lots all with incredible ocean views,” Mr Lyons said.

“We’ve had a steady stream of enquiries about this particular release since day one.

“Lots 7, 9 and 14 offer a total area of 14,551sqm and we expect there to be some fierce bidding on auction night.”
