AGENT PERSPECTIVE:

“The Armstrong Creek property sales market has been strong over the past three months and it’s only becoming more active with buyers week by week.

“With the positive discussions of further potential interest rates cuts coming very soon, a lot of first homebuyers that had been sitting back waiting, have re-entered the market to purchase.

“The time is now for buyers to be purchasing as I believe we have seen the bottom of the market from the property price correction over the past 18 months, the renewed interest levels and recent sales are providing this evidence.

“Will property prices go up? That is what we would all love to know, however we are consistently selling properties at our Vendors expectations, or above their expectations, which is a great sign for sellers.

“Property enquiry has increased again through interstate Buyers Advocate’s, investors, and local homeowners looking to upgrade or get into the market.”

“A recent result from team McGrath was 14 Whitford Street Armstrong Creek which sold for $890,000.”
