Villawood launches new display village at Coridale Lara

National developer Villawood Properties launched its latest Display Village with a carnival event last week at its Coridale community in the Lara West growth corridor.

Kids and families were treated to rides and reptiles, face-painting and roving entertainers with some delectable treats as well – dumplings, paella, gourmet burgers, coffees, crème brûlée, donuts and more.

Twenty-two builder homes chock-full of chic contemporary features are open in the display village, with more still to come.

Many of the builders were keen to pump up the launch too, jumping on board with great in-house activations, special offers and giveaways.

Villawood has long-term close ties with Australia’s top builders and this is reflected in the 30 slick, contemporary designer homes on show.

Builders presently open are: Porter Davis, Homebuyers Centre, Simonds, Boutique, Metricon, Australian Building Company, Dennis Family Homes, JG King, Eight Homes, Hudson Ridge Builders, Carlisle, Fairhaven and Henley.

Others soon to open are: Sherridon Homes, Hamlan Homes, Geelong Homes, Burbank and Kingsbridge.

The 1100-lot Coridale is progressing rapidly with numerous houses under construction, new stages opening, including medium density releases this weekend.

Construction on a stunning ClarkeHopkinsClarke Residents’ Club is scheduled to start shortly.
The multi-million-dollar resort-style club will feature a gym, swimming pool, cafe, function and family facilities and more.
