Designed by Stuart Appleby, The Sands Torquay Golf Club is a sleek and modern premium 18 hole links-style championship golf course.

With coastal views and well-groomed greens and fairways, The Sands welcomes casual green fee visitors to Torquay and regular, year-round member golfers.

Green fee players welcome
Members of the public are very welcome to enjoy playing our beautifully kept fairways and challenging greens, with green fees offered at very good value. Online bookings are recommended via our website at thesandstorquay.com/golf

7-day membership offer
Join as a new 7-day member in May, and you’ll pay no fees in June. In addition, you receive discounted annual golf cart hire, golf bag storage, full locker facilities, and access to The Sands Torquay Resort’s state-of-the-art gymnasium including 25-metre indoor heated lap pool.

Golf clinics
The Sands Torquay run ‘learn to play’ golf sessions for all ages. The group clinics are available for locals and visitors alike.
Current clinic times are:
Junior Clinics – Tuesday afternoon during school terms – $160 for 8 weeks.
Ladies Clinics – Starting first Thursday of each month – $100 for 3 weeks.

Private tuition
Private lessons are available for people of all ages and abilities.
1 Hour Member – $80
1 Hour Non-Member – $90
30 Minute Member – $50
30 Minute Non-Member – $60
1 Hour Junior – $50
30 Minute Junior – $40
