ON WEDNESDAY May 30, the Men played Par. The Men’s A Grade Winner was Brent McDonald with +1 from runner-up Ian Treloar with a score of square. The B Grade Winner was Peter Calvert with the day’s best score of +5, while Peter Jillard finished runner-up with +3. The C Grade Winner was Jim Whan with +1 from runner-up Con Keet with square, on a countback. Ball rundown to -1 on a countback NTPs: 3rd Kent Taylor, 6th Derek Hardy, 13th Chris Sawyer and Jackpot 16th Chris Sawyer.

On Thursday May 31, the Women played Par. The A Grade Winner was Janet Coombes with -3, while Noelene Dumbrell finished runner-up with -4. The B Grade Winner was Sue Gell with -1, from runner-up Jan Stewart who scored -2. The C Grade Winner was Alanna Boston with -2 while Sue McGibbony finished runner-up with -3. Ball rundown to -3 points on a countback NTPs: 3rd Dot Hermann, Jackpot 13th Noelene Dumbrell and 16th Sue Bowler. The pairs of Heather Jillard and Ann Stokes and Sue Britnell & Roberta Lockyer both won very close matches in the 4BBB Knockout Semi finals and will contest the final this coming Thursday.

On Saturday June 2, the Men and Women played Stableford, with the Men contesting the Monthly Medal. The Men’s A Grade Winner was John Mooney with 38 points from runner-up Wayne Pipe who scored 37 points. The B Grade winner was Jeremy Roberge with 38 on a countback from Daniel Cassar who also scored 38 points to finish runner-up. Michael Carriss won C Grade with 35, on a countback from Hugh Pearce who scored 35 points. John Mooney won the Monthly Medal on a three-way countback – Congratulations John. Ball rundown to 34 points on countback. The Women’s Winner was Jane Murray with 33 points. Ball rundown to 33 points. NTPs: 3rd Vince Attardi, 6th Jane Murray, 13th David Griffiths and Jackpot 16th Leonie Kelly.

On Sunday June 3, a Men’s and Women’s Par event was played. The Men’s Winner was Chris Fletcher +4, while Wally Karnilowicz finished runner-up with +3. Ball rundown to square on countback. The Women’s winner was Denise Mooney with -2 on a countback. Ball rundown to -2 on countback. NTPs: 3rd Peter Gowans, 6th Tony Leeds, 13th Jim Colebatch and Jackpot 16th David Thomas. Wally Karnilowicz eagled the 18th hole to claim 11 balls from the Eagles Nest.
