ON WEDNESDAY May 2 the Men played Stroke – Monthly Medal. The Men’s A Grade Winner was Andrew Daffy with 70 nett from Runner-up Allan Foster with 71 nett on a countback. The B Grade and Monthly Medal Winner was Peter Malone with nett 69, on a countback. from Runner-up John Prince who also returned nett 69. The C Grade Winner was David Picken with 71 nett from Runner-up Michael Elmore who scored nett 74, on a countback. Ball rundown to 73 nett on a countback. NTPs: 3rd Syd Mitchell, 6th Richard Gribben, 13th Roger Trevaskis and Jackpot 16th Mick Hayward.

On Thursday May 3 the Women played Stroke – Monthly Medal. The A Grade Winner was Ann Stokes with 73 nett, while Dee Stewart finished Runner-up with nett 75. The B Grade and Monthly Medal Winner was Lesley McMaster with 71 nett, from Runner-up Sue Gell who scored nett 75. The C Grade Winner was Denise Mooney with 73 nett from Ruth Trevaskis who finished Runner-up with nett 76 on a countback. Ball rundown to 76 nett on a countback. NTPs: 3rd Dee Stewart, 6th Ann Stokes, Jackpot 13th Ann Stokes and 16th Maryanne Frauenfelder. Valda Connelly won the putting competition with 29 putts, while Dee Stewart returned the best gross score of the day with 88.

On Saturday May 5 the Men and Women played Stroke, with the Men playing for the Monthly Medal. The Men’s A Grade Winner was Andrew Glide with nett 70 from Runner-up Bruce Dawson who scored nett 72, on a countback. The B Grade and Monthly Medal winner was Mark Heath with 67 nett. Bruce Harrell finished Runner-up with nett 70. Ray Heathcote won C Grade with nett 71, while Geoff Bell finished Runner-up with nett 74 on a countback. Ball rundown to nett 74 on countback. The Women’s Winner was Susan Bilston with nett 79. Ball rundown to nett 79. NTPs: 3rd Sam Horne, 6th Chris Duffield, 13th Ross Robins and Jackpot 16th Taine Pearse.

On Sunday May 6 a Men’s and Women’s Stableford was played. The Men’s A Grade Winner was Peter Gowans with 41 points. Tony Leeds won B Grade with 39 points. The C Grade Winner was Oscar Kline with 43 points. Ball rundown to 39 points on countback. The Women’s winner was Robin Adamson with 35 points. Ball rundown to 35 points.
