ON Wednesday September 27 the Men played Stableford. The A Grade Winner was Ian Treloar with 36 points on a countback from runner-up David Lewis who also scored 36 points.

The B Grade winner was Mervyn Worsford with 40 points while Tony Leeds finished runner up 38 points, on a countback. Allan Spencer won C Grade with his score of 37 points on a countback from runner-up Garry Shugg. Ball rundown to 33 points on countback. NTP’s: 3rd Brett Balloch, 6th Sam McKenzie, 13th Keith Turner & 16th (Jackpot hole) Rob Steven. There were six birdie balls awarded.

The Women played Par on Thursday September 28. The A Grade winner was Anne Larkin with -2, while Vida Brenner finished runner-up with -4. Sue Caldwell won B Grade with square, while Margot Parton finished runner-up with -1. Maralyn Cross won C Grade with Square, while Heather Nancarrow finished Runner up with -1. Ball rundown to -2 countback. NTPs: 3rd Sue Bowler, 6th Sue Caldwell 13th Barb Hinton, 16th Linda Aimers.

Saturday September 30 was Men’s and Women’s Par. The Men’s A Grade Winner was Milorad Gelic with the day’s best score of five up. Sam Horne finished runner up for the second week in a row, with his score of +3. The B Grade winner was Charlie Reif with four-up on a countback from runner-up Doug Green. Harold Cole won C Grade with four up from runner-up Paul Johnstone (+2). Ball rundown to square on countback. Eight birdie balls were awarded.

Women’s Winner Robin Adamson -2. NTPs: 3rd Mike Grossman, 6th Ian Treloar, 13th David McGuane and Jackpot 16th Peter Babiolakis.

Men’s and Women’s Stableford was played on Sunday October 1. Andrew Daffy won the Men’s event with a score of 35 points while David Adamson finished runner up with 34 points. Sue Caldwell won the Women’s competition with 34 points. NTPs: 3rd David Adamson, 6th John Hillard, 13th Andrew Daffy 16th (Jackpot) John Hillard.

The 63rd Annual Tournament is will be played from Sunday October 22 to Sunday October 29 ith a range of events. Events are filling quickly therefore we encourage members to enter at their earliest convenience.
