Anglesea Golf Club’s $100,000 shoot-out approaches

THE Anglesea Pro Shop in partnership with TaylorMade Golf is hosting a shoot-out event where participants can win $100,000 by scoring a hole in one on Friday December 14.

In a bid to create engagement and excitement in the local community, the team of coaching staff is gearing up to present this unique opportunity for the first time.

The qualifying rounds for the final shoot-out are open to women and men of all ages at an amateur level, with each player asked to purchase a $10, $20 or $50 golf ball to attend.

While spots fill up fast, participants Marg Hales, Uwe Morzinek and Kevin Friel are the first of the lucky 11 from the qualifying shoot-out events to be in the running to win the life altering prize. One spot will be filled from an online draw.

If more than one player scores a hole in one, the prize money will be divided equally between all players.

Hosted at the Anglesea Golf Club from 6.30pm, a hole in one shot into the 18th from 130 metres will determine the winner.
