Monday, October 15, Men’s Par, 67 players: windy conditions saw Kole Petrovski (15) with +4 edging out Mr Consistency Ray Drady (8) on +3. B Grade went to Doug Howes (23) with +5 from wily veteran Colin McKenzie (26) +3. Women, 19 players: Ange West (33) decimated the field with +4, wining by 6 from Bronwyn Hioskin (24) on –2. NTP: 8th – Andy Maloney (0.3m), 17th and Golden Shot Winner – Ray Drady (0.64m and $72)

Thursday, October 18, Curlewis Open Week, Women’s Curlewis Plate: the Plate was won by Lorne GC (110 points) by 13, with Christine Argus 40, Caz Bartholomew 31 & Suzanne Neil 39. R/Up was East Geelong GC, with Helen Beales 26, Nola Stacey 37 & Fiona Fitzpatrick 34. Individual winners were A Grade – Nola Stacey 37; B Grade – Louise Shannon 36; C Grade – Christine Angus – 40. NTP: 4th – Zara Brooks (BHGC), 8th – Sam Jones (CGC), 13th – Alyson Slimmon, 17th – Sam Jones.

Men: Greg Geyer, Bruce Lancaster, Michael Hanley and Russel Campbell defeating Ron Hosking, Stan Stewart, Cleat Watson and John Moore 122 on a countback.
