FC Leopold appoints senior men’s coaches

PATRICK Carey will return as Leopold FC’s senior men’s coach for 2019, and will be joined by Mitchell Vials as co-coach.

Patrick had a successful season of coaching at the soccer club in 2018 with the assistance of fellow coach Damien Morell, leading the senior men to victory in the grand final.

Mitchell also saw success coaching in 2018, as he assisted the GOFC U15s at the Victorian Country Championship, where they too found victory in their grand final.

FC Leopold’s official preseason dates for the senior men’s teams will come shortly.

If you’re interested in coming on board, they have a kick about every Sunday at their home ground Estuary Reserve at 1pm.

New players are welcome to come along.
