IF you are looking for something a little bit different this weekend April 25-28, why not get yourself involved in one of the biggest fishing competitions in Australia.

GoFish Nagambie
Just an hour south of the Murray on the Goulburn River Nagambie.

$50,000 in cash and prizes guaranteed will go off at GoFish Nagambie 2019.

Prize winners will include Open categories, Cadets or Teenager categories and children’s competitions.

Here are the species you’ll be targeting at GoFish Nagambie 2019:
• The Murray Cod
• The Golden Perch
• The Redfin
• The Carp
Entries start at $50 for kids are capped at $160 for adults

This is the biggest and best comp you’ll see this year,

You’ve got to be in it to win it!

As part of the Festival a specific campsite will be set up.

Fishing and camping, hook and line, beer and esky, Lennie & Carl. You just can’t have one without the other are setting up the greatest of campsites to go with the great fishing within the tournament zone.

Located right on the banks of the Goulburn River, this will be ground zero for the keenest of competitors getting out on the water this Anzac weekend.

This campsite will be set up especially for convenience, security and fishing, with staff available 24-hours. Both powered and unpowered sites will be available and, (this is the big news), we’ll have an exclusive boat ramp only available for campers staying at this site, ensuring you’ll be in the water as fast as possible each day.

That’s not all. There’ll be a free shuttle bus between campsite, Nagambie and the Festival Hub and there will be showers and toilets available, exactly what you want after a long day out on the water before heading in to the Hub for the festivities.

While there are plenty of spots available, they are still limited so get in quickly and book your spot today. For more info go to gofishnagambie.com.au.

Meanwhile, if you see or suspect illegal fishing activity any time over summer please phone the 24-hour reporting line 13 FISH (13 34 74).
