Run the Marsh this Sunday

Registrations are still open for those looking to join in the Run the Marsh fun run on Sunday August 25.
The event includes 2km and 5km runs, and a 3km walk, with participants of all ages and abilities welcome.
While there are some impressive trophies for the winners, the main aim is simply for the poeple to enjoy themselves. This is made easy by the run taking place on the grounds of the beautiful Frogwood Arboretum in the hinterland of the Otway Ranges.
The run looks to benefit participants mentally and physically by getting them outdoors and connecting with others in the community.
Supported by the Surf Coast Shire Council and Bendigo Bank, this is the fourth Community Fun Run to be hosted by The Deans Marsh Community Cottage
Check in is at 9am on the Sunday, with all the events starting at 10am.
Conditions might be a little muddy underfoot, so it’s important to bring the right footwear.
