Torquay Cup races to aid food bank
ORGANISERS of the Surf Coast Times Torquay Cup are proud to announce Torquay Food Aid have been chosen as this year’s sponsored charity.

Ms Gill said the money will be used to purchase stock and reach out to more local residents who need food assistance. So far this year, the organisation has helped 50 people in the local community, which is a Surf Coast Times director Warick Brown said he was pleased to show assistance to such a worthy organisation.
“We’re really happy to be able to support Torquay Food Aid and show our immense appreciation of the work they do in serving our local community.
“We’re looking forward to another fantastic event and hope that we can raise a recordbreaking amount to donate this year.”
Surf Coast Times Torquay Cup is on May 20 at the Geelong Racing Club from 11.45am.
