Torquay based development company Kiel & Co provides premium quality industrial business parks and warehouses for businesses wanting to take their workplace environment to the next level.

Since 2012, Kiel & Co director Bradley Kiel and his team have taken pride in delivering functional and high-quality spaces and storage solutions that are affordable and visually appealing.

Kiel & Co has designed full-scale business parks in Greater Geelong, Ocean Grove and Norlane and more recently played a large part in turning the West Coast Business Park in Torquay into a thriving hub for local traders.

The ‘Elements’ project will begin construction on Castles Drive later this year

The team has constructed and designed a total of 14 warehouses in the West Coast Business Park and within the next three months will complete another 13 as part of the ‘Horizons’ project on the corner of Cylinders and Haystacks Drive.

Kiel & Co’s project Elements includes an additional 26 warehouse spaces which will begin construction later this year.

Mr Kiel said each warehouse space in Torquay was architecturally designed to meet the needs of business owners, giving them a place to collaborate, create and grow their industry.

The team pride themselves on going the extra mile for business owners by uniquely designing their kitchenettes and bathrooms.

“Some of the sheds and industrial estates that you see around can be a bit average, boring and basic.

“We try to give the purchasers more than the stock standard space by delivering over and beyond with things like the kitchenettes, bathrooms and the unique façade details.

“At the end of the day, you are selling a warehouse, but for us, we want to give our clients more by offering them those things like beautiful timber cladding and red bricks to make their space really pop.

“People want to be proud of their space and like utilising it, that’s where we come in.

“Although it’s great to have something fantastic and aesthetically pleasing, we keep in mind that not everyone has a million dollars.

“Our initial prices at Castles Drive were just under $500,000, and they’ve all sold now.

“We just want to make it more accessible for our clients and ultimately share these spaces to help them and their business to thrive.”
