Taking group training to a personal level
Next month Torquay’s LA Movement will celebrate five years of business, a fitness facility like no other.
The team take high quality group training to a personal level, specialising in group fitness training, semiprivate training, pre and post-natal women and kids ninja warrior training.
Their wide variety of class options means there’s something on offer for everyone.
For $40 a week, members have unlimited access to group classes including strength, yoga, Pilates, boxing, HIIT, running and obstacle training.
Women are also supported and nurtured in their postpartum journey as they return to exercise.
LA Movement’s specialised eight week Postnatal Program bridges the gap between having a baby and jumping straight back into high intensity exercise.
The program encourages women to safely begin their exercise journey, allowing them to become the fittest and strongest version of themselves.
The safe and supportive environment helps new mums re-build core strength and tighten their pelvic floor after the birth of their baby.
For the kids aged eight plus, mini ninja classes are on offer from Ex Ninja Warrior and LA Movement Founder Larn.
The sessions are designed to increase confidence, improve co-ordination, fitness, strength, motor skills and is a great opportunity for them to make friends in a fun environment.
Obstacle training not only benefits kids’ physical health but also their mental well-being.
In July, LA Movement will also introduce semiprivate personal training.
LA Movement can be found at 3/14 Boneyards Avenue, Torquay.
